  Ribes aureum

* Beautiful trumpet-shaped flowers in May.

* Tasty edible berries in fall, if any are left after the birds and squirrels have eaten their fill.

* Berries may be black, red, or yellow.

* Prefers cool moist habitats and is shade tolerant.
