Cowania mexicana

* A woody shrub growing 2 to 4 feet tall among the Big Sagebrush on hillsides and foothills.

* Drought tolerant. Great for xeriscape gardening. Varieties are available from many nurseries.

* Blooms spring and summer with 1” blossoms. Note the small waxy leaves.
